Samaire Rhys Armstrong (pronounced /s??mi?r?/ “sah-MEE-rah”; born October 31, 1980) is an American actress. She is recognised for her offbeat and often quirky nature and rose to fame after appearing in the television series The OC and Dirty Sexy Money. In 2006 she starred as Nell Bedworth in the bodyswap comedy It’s a Boy Girl Thing.
